Saint-Contest, France, June 21th, 2024 – Official release of version 4.4.0 of the Stereology Analyzer software.
The Stereology Analyzer executable is compiled with the Visual Studio 2022 software and are based on .NET framework 4.7.2.
Version 4.4.0 is compatible with Windows 10, and 11.
New features and improvements
- 3 new grid types added: LinePoint (1), RatioFrame (2), and Segment (3)
- Improved Line grid usability
- Count box added for a live counting while annotating
- j2k and jp2 file format (Jpeg2000) reader added
- New example introducing the use of the Segment grid applied to metal for grain sizing analysis
(1) LinePoint: To annotate points on drawn lines
(2) RatioFrame: The Frame boxes are randomly scattered in the ROI while preserving a coverage percentage
(3) Segment: Grid of line segments with point annotations
