January 14th, 2022, ADCIS joins the Evolucare group!
After being long-standing partners in the RetinOpTIC project and associates in OphtAI since 2019, ADCIS officially joined the Evolucare group on January 14th, 2022. With 27 years of experience in signal processing for healthcare industry (ophthalmology, dermatology, life sciences) as well as in many high-tech industries (drones, materials, authentication…), Bruno Laÿ, Chairman and CEO of ADCIS and his team join the Evolucare group’s workforce to accelerate their joint development.
ADCIS’ expertise in image processing and artificial intelligence is recognized in France and internationally. This acquisition will accelerate the development of ADCIS’ activities in Computer Vision and will allow Evolucare to better prepare itself to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s healthcare IT!

The strategy that led to this acquisition is clear:
– Accelerate the development of the Aphelion solution to support ADCIS’ historical business
– Strengthen ADCIS’ teams to enable it to take on ambitious multidisciplinary projects (development and innovation capacity, quality management system, etc.)
– To consolidate an Ophthalmology cluster around OphtAI and to position the group as a major player in healthcare AI
