Effective March 31, 2017, Amerinex Applied Imaging, Inc., ended its thirty-one year history of developing, selling, and servicing imaging-based software products.
At this date, all Amerinex activities and rights were transferred to ADCIS S.A., a French corporation founded in 1995, and a continuous partner of Amerinex ever since. To provide Amerinex customers with the same services and products, ADCIS S.A. established Adcis Inc., a U.S. legal entity located in Monroe Township, N.J.
From its New Jersey base, Adcis, Inc., markets the Aphelion Imaging Software Suite and provides customer support all over North America. It also offers custom engineering services for development of image-based software tools and deployable applications.
